..... We all are still in business! The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has issued a rule deferring implementation of the "4050 Act" until further notice. Basically, the State is going to set the program up FIRST, and then when they have figured out that they can ADMINISTER it, they will then set a date, at least 30 days out, for the Act to take effect. So in a nutshell, we can all sleep, have a good holiday, and know that on January 1, 2006, the world as we know it will not end.
