Dear Agent,
As you may have heard, the Department of Financial Institutions has begun implementing new procedures that Title Companies and Attorney Agents have to fulfill when preparing Title Commitments. Although, this requires more time and effort on your part, we have created an easily completed form to facilitate and expedite this procedure. The form is available on our website and are easily relayed to us for further processing via fax or electronic mail.
The preparation of the Title Commitment is a traditional process. Below are the steps that involve the process of completing a Title Commitment:
