Welcome to your Title Inspection

There is no bigger heartbreak than to find the house of your dreams, pay for a home inspection and an appraisal only to find out weeks into the process that there's a title issue that may delay or even prevent you from purchasing the house. You need to know if there are any title issues at the BEGINNING of the process, not at the end. We are excited to offer you the opportunity to do just that!!!

Simply enter all parties names, realtors if applicable, your contact phone and email, the property address, upload a signed copy of the Purchase and Sales Agreement, enter your credit card information and click send!

We will immediately begin a title search of the property. Once the search has been completed, in most cases within 48-72 hours* of your order, you will be contacted by one of our attorneys with the results of the title inspection. If an issue is discovered you will have an opportunity to discuss the issue and evaluate your options BEFORE you've spent upwards of $1,000.00 on your home inspection and appraisal.

What makes this service even more valuable to you is the cost. We will charge your credit card $175.00 to perform your inspection. This $175.00 will then be subtracted from our settlement fee at your closing or from our deed preparation fee when utilized by a seller. It will absolutely cost you nothing more to have the piece of mind of knowing the state of the title to your new home!
